STRATEGY AND CHAOS - what do they mean in art and design? And where does something new emerge between the two?


This was the question Sandra Rendgen and I explored at the nushu Female Business Community Meet-up in the inspiring setting of Zelt Berlin. Sandra from the perspective of art, and I from the perspective of design and industry. Two different worlds, connected by a shared curiosity about how new ideas emerge.


Creativity cannot be prescribed. But we can create an environment in which it can grow: by focusing not only on the outcome, but consciously shaping the journey towards it. By creating space to experiment, staying open to different perspectives, and remaining curious enough to explore new paths.


The result was an evening full of inspiring conversations and encounters between women from different disciplines.
